Get Employed

BridgeGap is a consulting firm that provides recruitment as one of its services. To this end, the organization has developed a project titled Get Employed to assist with the current unemployment challenges in the country.

Purpose

One of our objectives is to revamp the workforce by continuously inspiring and enabling job seekers to obtain skills required in acing interviews and getting a job. The Get Employed initiative is community-focused; for 2022, we focused on reaching various communities through community outreach. Our target is to get at least 1,000 people employed through our job fair

Several community organizations have partnered with us to achieve our purpose, and we have organized job fairs in various community organizations.
